Everything else was well below standards. Not even offering a bag of peanuts for free for a 4 hours flight is ridiculous. Seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi. Would have taken 24 hours to get to Atlanta. No takes your vouchers making them useless.
The gentleman taking care of us on our flight was so nice, accommodating, and attentive. He always was smiling and giving pins to the kids which made me smile. The flight was quick too and without turbulence. Thank you for the great flying experience.
I would however fly Delta again. Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments. The attendant was not the friendliest.
